Clare McGarry is a Senior Associate in the Film, Television and Theatre Department at Harbottle & Lewis. She works with clients of all types across these industries, from individual producers to well-known broadcasters, studios and steamers. She also has an expertise in advising rightsholders, such as writers of books being adapted for film and format creators, on the protection of their rights and ideas, in addition to advising producers on all aspects of their work. Clare advises on rights, commissioning, development, production and distribution arrangements for Film, TV and Theatre clients, as well as associated sector issues.
