Frontrunners was an Executive Coaching programme for business leaders from television, film and related media businesses, delivered with the support of Creative Scotland’s Screen Sector Skills Fund.
Designed to complement and support other training available in the sector, Frontrunners was bespoke and tailored to individual needs. The ambition of the programme was to drive business leaders forward to meet specific professional goals and targets through identifying and finding solutions for issues and ways of working that may be holding them back from reaching their full potential.
Selected business leaders worked closely with experienced coaches who specialise in working with television and creative industries businesses to meet these goals.
Seven companies were chosen to participate in Frontrunners: Black Camel Productions; Hopscotch Films; Raise the Roof Productions; Bees Nees Media; Finestripe Productions; Firecrest Films and Objective Scotland.
They worked with coaches from Creative People; Grow People and Considered Thinking.
