Clare Sparks

 Clare has worked for 20+ years in Unscripted TV Production.

Currently working in a successful Head of Production job share at Zinc Media, alongside that, Clare offers Production Consultancy services.

Prior to joining Zinc, Clare was Head of Production at Untold Studios & Middlechild Productions and was a Production Executive at Boundless (a Fremantle label) and its subsequent merger with Naked. 

Clare spent 9 years at Optomen on a variety of productions including multiple series with Gordon Ramsay.

Clare has worked with multiple broadcasters including BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Five, UKTV, National Geographic, Discovery, Disney, Red Bull, Apple, Netflix. 

Clare has a strong track record in strategic support for effective production management, negotiations with broadcasters, overview of production & company P&L and ensuring industry compliance. Clare enjoys mentoring, budgeting & scheduling of both new & returning series for Broadcasters & SVODs, reviewing draft budgets & providing support with ed specs/comm specs.
