Caledonia TV Ltd makes quality factual productions in a wide range of genres for television and multi-media platforms. They are experienced in producing documentary, factual entertainment, history, science, current affairs, arts, education and children's programmes.

An indigenous Scottish company founded in 1992, Caledonia TV is committed to creative production allied to sound business practice and financial management.

They have produced lively and creative content for UK and international broadcasters.

Their current Head of Production, Sajid Quayum, is the Company Sectary and Company Director. This makes him one of the most senior Asians in the media industry in Scotland.

After working both at the BBC and STV, Sajid won a place on Scottish Screen's 'New Entrants Trainee Programme', 2000-2001. He then graduated from the scheme straight into Caledonia TV as a Production Assistant.

Sajid has also run several workshops to encourage Minority Ethnic communities into the industry including being a mentor for GMAC’s Second Light’s scheme.
